How much does it cost to hire a cocktail bar in Kampala and Wakiso locations?
Pour Society offers structured mobile cocktail bar service packages based on guest count for up to 6 hours of service across Kololo, Nakasero, Naguru, Bugolobi, Muyenga / Tank Hill, Munyonyo, Mbuya, Buziga, Ntinda, Kyanja, Kisasi, Lubowa, Kigo, Kitende, and Entebbe town / Lake Victoria waterfront areas. - Diageo Trained Staff: All bartenders are trained through the Diageo Bar Academy and supervised by a Lead Mixologist.
- Complimentary Transport: Free transport and setup is included within Kampala.
- Alcohol Selection: Service fees cover the complete bar experience and mixology setup, excluding alcohol. Alcohol is quoted separately at wholesale pricing across +300 SKUs from Wines & Whiskeys.
- Large Events (+800 Guests): Contact us directly for bespoke quotations. Private tastings are available for a separate fee.
How many cocktails should I plan per guest?
We generally recommend planning 2 to 3 cocktails per guest for standard evening receptions or cocktail hours, and 4 or more for open-bar celebrations or longer multi-stage events.
Do you provide bartenders and mixologists?
Yes, Pour Society supplies experienced, professionally trained mixologists trained through the Diageo Bar Academy who manage full cocktail execution, garnish preparation, and white-glove guest service.
Do you provide the mobile bar setup and glassware?
Yes, our complete service includes portable mobile bar structures, service supplies, disposable glasses (or crystal glassware options), ice, fresh ingredients, syrups, and full mixology tools.
