  • Cash on Delivery: Payment is accepted upon delivery for orders within Kampala's Central Business District (CBD).
  • Orders Outside CBD: For clients outside the CBD, Wines and Whiskeys reserves the right to request pre-payment before dispatch, particularly for first-time customers or those who do not provide complete delivery information.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:
    • If the product you paid for is out of stock and alternative isn't wanted.
    • If the product is damaged before delivery to the client.

3. No Refunds for Other Reasons

  • Once an order is delivered and payment is completed, we do not offer refunds for any other reasons. We encourage customers to confirm their orders and delivery details prior to finalizing their purchases.
